Payments

We facilitate secure global transactions via Shopify, accepting all major credit and debit cards. For a seamless checkout, we also support Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.


Subscriptions & Pre-orders

Subscriptions: Ensure your essentials never run out with our flexible plans. Select your preferred delivery frequency, and we will manage the rest.

Pre-orders: If an item is temporarily unavailable, you may secure it via pre-order to receive priority dispatch as soon as it returns to stock.


Packaging & Sustainability

Our packaging is a reflection of our commitment to intentional and sustainable design. This is an evolving process of refinement; we kindly ask that you compost or recycle all materials where local facilities allow.


Shipping & Logistics

Domestic

Orders are typically dispatched via The Courier Guy or RAM, with a standard delivery window of 2–3 business days. Your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

International

We ship globally via FedEx or UPS, with arrival usually within 3–7 business days. To ensure a transparent experience, all duties and taxes are now included at checkout—eliminating unexpected fees upon arrival.

Note: International transit times may vary due to customs processing. We recommend monitoring your tracking link or contacting your local customs office before reaching out to our team.


Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package departs our studio, primary responsibility for its delivery rests with the carrier. While we are happy to assist with inquiries at hello@aardvel.com, specific delivery issues or claims should be directed to the courier (The Courier Guy or FedEx) using your tracking number.

Aardvel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
