We accept payments by all major Credit and Debit cards, globally. All payments are processed via Shopify, with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay support.

Subscriptions & Pre-Orders

We know how much you love our products, and we’re here to make sure you never run out. That’s why we offer flexible subscription plans – just pick your favorites and we’ll handle the rest, delivering them to your door as often as you need.

Something out of stock? Don’t worry – you can still pre-order it! Lock in your order now and be among the first to get it as soon as it’s back.


Packaging

We package everything in the most intentional, mindful & sustainable way possible. Thanks for understanding this is a continual process and if it’s available to you, please recycle and compost the parcel the items comes in.


Shipping & Timing


Domestic

Most domestic parcels ship via The Courier Guy or RAM Couriers.

It usually takes 2-3 weekdays to arrive at your door. Your tracking information is sent to the email you’ve entered when ordering.

International

International Parcels ship with FedEx or UPS.

Duties and taxes are now included in the checkout process! This means no more unexpected expenses when your order arrives.

It usually takes 3-7 weekdays to arrive at your door. Your tracking information is sent to the email you’ve entered when ordering.

As is the case with any international delivery, sometimes it will take longer than expected. Please follow up with your local customs office or postal service before sending us an email. We typically can not see anything more than what is shown on the tracking on FedEx or UPS.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

You will receive a tracking number when the package is shipped. At that point, you will be able to use the online service to see where it is headed. Please know that as soon as the package leaves our studio, we have no control over the handling or delivery- all missing parcels or delivery issues can be taken directly with the delivery service (most likely The Courier Guy or FedEx).
