Follow these steps
I got my handcrafted skincare products today and it’s not quite right. Now what?
I look at my packing slip with my order - is everything correct?
I hop on my phone or computer and send off an e-mail to hello@aardvel.com and explain the following:
- My name & order number
- A brief explanation of the item and what isn’t right
- Details of the exchange. Would you like the same item, but a different formula? Perhaps store credit or a gift card?
I wait for a response and then pack the items(unopened & unused) in their original packaging, secure the package, and wait for the return courier to collect.
I receive a tracking number when my new item ships, and wait for the new item to come back to me.

Please be mindful when shopping with us, as returns are processed as exchanges or store credit only.
Contact by email must be made within 7-10 days of receiving the order.
All concerns regarding the quality of the order, as well as details of the exchange, should be directed to hello@aardvel.com
Items returned for exchange must arrive back in their original condition within 30 days of arrival to the recipient.
Please allow 2 weeks for the exchange order to ship.
