To initiate an exchange, please access your customer account.

The Process

 

Should your handcrafted skincare arrive and not meet your expectations, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth resolution:

 

  1. Verify your Order: Consult your packing slip to confirm all items match your request.

 

  1. Contact our Team: Email hello@aardvel.com with the following details:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • A brief description of the issue.

    • Your preference for an exchange (e.g., a different formula) or store credit/gift card.

 

  1. Prepare the Shipment: Once you receive our confirmation, please ensure the items are unopened and unused. Secure them in their original packaging for the return courier to collect.

 

  1. Final Dispatch: We will provide a new tracking number as soon as your exchange order is on its way.

Policy & Terms

 

  • Exchange Only: We curate our products with care and offer exchanges or store credit in lieu of cash refunds.

  • Timeframe: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, items must return to our studio in their original, pristine condition within 30 days of the initial delivery.

  • Processing: Please allow up to two weeks for your exchange to be processed and dispatched.
